JEFF ZECKSER, MD, FABPMR, RMSK
As a member of the iOrthoBiologix team, Dr. Jeff Zeckser, M.D. believes that Bio-restorative and Stem Cell Orthopedic and Sports Medicine can play an essential role in restoring wellness for his patients. With advanced fellowship training in ultra-minimally invasive, diagnostic and interventional regenerative techniques, Dr. Zeckser provides treatment options for those seeking to jumpstart and maintain a healthy and functional lifestyle. He realizes that there are many people who are seeking alternative or complimentary options to decrease pain, improve function, and heal tissues outside of what is offered by many pain specialists and more invasive forms of surgery.
Prior to completing an advanced fellowship-training program in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Zeckser completed his residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Virginia Commonwealth University (MCV). He received his medical doctorate from the University of Nebraska and completed an Internship at Creighton University. He holds a bachelor of sciences degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Nebraska Wesleyan where he graduated with highest distinction. He maintains a certification by the ARMDS in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (RMSK), the top distinction a physician can receive in Orthopedic Ultrasound.

He has made significant contributions to published literature, including his recent work as lead author on a paper published in the highly respected journal, Stem Cells Internation addressing the use of Stem cells for the treatment of Low Back Pain. Dr. Z believes that the Charlotte area is a premier spot for wellness living and is excited to be here. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and being close to the water with his wife and son.
