Dr. O’Donnell is extremely excited to be part of the iOBX Team which he strongly believes to be the International pinnacle of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Stem Cell proprietary treatment technology and patient experience.
Dr. O’Donnell received his medical degree at the highly regarded Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Residency training at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. After Residency, Dr. O’Donnell joined the U.S. Airforce and used his medical skills to support our troops during Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. His constant desire to provide the latest, most effective non-surgical options to his patients led him to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship at ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. He moved on to become the first non-surgical Orthopedic partner at Flagstaff Bone and Joint in Flagstaff, AZ. While in Flagstaff, Dr. O’Donnell became engrossed in the field of Orthobiologics and Stem Cells becoming the first Physician in the Arizona region to offer these life-changing treatments. In addition, Dr. O’Donnell provided medical care to National and International Olympic Athletes doing high altitude training in Arizona.
One thing that stands out about Dr. O’Donnell is the warm confidence with which he handles every patient. His immeasurable capacity to take upon himself a patient’s case as if it were his own family member’s pain distinguishes him in the field of Orthopedic Stem Cell Medicine. As a Board-Certified Physician specializing in Autologous Stem Cell Orthopedics, he has over twelve years of experience in the field of non-surgical and ultrasound-guided OrthoBiologic procedures.
Dr. O’Donnell’s expertise, honesty, and professionalism have earned him the trust and confidence of his patients, most of whom are referrals from his previous patients. A firm believer in the healing powers of the body, Dr. O’Donnell is dedicated to treating patients with their own Stem Cells saving countless patients from surgery.
Outside iOBX, Dr. O’Donnell’s focal point is his three young and energetic sons under the age of 7. He also enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and traveling. In addition, he is also a nutrition and exercise enthusiast and an avid sports fan. Regular Orange theory and jogging help him stay in shape, while constant reading helps him stay sharp and on top of his field. Currently, he resides in Charlotte with his wife Meghan and three boys Cole, Ryan, and Jack.
