THIS PARTICULAR BLOG WILL BE FOCUSED ON THE PRE-CONSULT AND SEMINAR PHASE OF THE iOBX EXPERIENCE.

Long wait times, double bookings and rushed conversations with Physicians are all part of the past when you step into our Center at iOBX. Getting your treatment at iOBX is truly an experience of a lifetime.

Your first interaction with iOBX will be with one of our dedicated Patient Relations Coordinators (PRC). Our Patient Relations Coordinators handle every aspect of a new patient’s appointment. They are here to answer commonly asked questions and schedule new patient appointments. We have numerous different ways for your questions to be answered by our PRC’s such as live chat, email, and/or by phone. We encourage you to pursue whatever option is best and most convenient for you. They will walk you through the process and make your experience as seamless and easy as possible. Our PRC’s even request and obtain your medical records for you (when possible), making the appointment effortless for you, the patient. Our PRC’s can also coordinate travel, lodging, and transportation services to and from our Center if you are from out of town.

As a new patient, you have several options to create your personalized treatment plan. Our complimentary options include a 10-minute “Pre-Consultation” phone call or a 20-minute in-person “Pre-Consultation” appointment with our PA, Elissa Seegers, PA-C. Also complimentary is our on-site Educational Stem Cell catered Seminar. The seminar includes:

1. A presentation by our Medical Director Dr. Jason Tucker
2. A Stem Cell discussion by our PhD lab scientist Michael Duncan
3. A guest speaker who is a former Stem Cell patient at iOBX.
4. A behind-the-scenes tour of our State of the Art facility
5. A full, catered dinner
6. A short Q&A session with our Board Certified Orthopedic Stem Cell Physicians, staff and guest speaker.

While our Pre-Consultation appointments are extremely informative, patients will still need to complete a Comprehensive Evaluation with one of our Board-Certified Orthopedic Stem Cell Physicians to obtain treatment recommendations and to ultimately undergo one of our unique and proprietary Stem Cell treatments. This Comprehensive Evaluation will be the focus of our next Blog in the iOBX Experience Blog Series.
